I must admit I was getting worried about a huge 'egg on face' when I was going to have to make a grovelling apology to my readers. The unions have got me out of it by calling for a Strike of public service workers on June 30th. it should be a riot.!!!.
I have been posting about a Spring/Summer of riots, demos and protests all over Europe. The Greeks are weighing in at present and the French made a little gesture but Europe has been peaceful. Britain had their foretaste when the uncut kiddies and others took over a London building and wrecked it when they had a mega disco in it after the last big Union march in London
Now we have June 30th upcoming which is being very well publicised. Anarchists and disaffected groups will be attracted from all over Europe to come and cause mayhem in London. The police will all get mega overtime and as they near the end of their shifts, the clever ones, will then make arrests to enable even more earnings via super dupa overtime for form filling and report writing. That should get them past midnight into Sunday and as they have actually been on duty two days in a row they will get even more super dupa overtime and mega holiday extra days in lieu.
Perhaps, sadly, I'm going to be proven right after all. We shall see. Pull up the couch, get the crisps and beer in and watch the riots live on June 30th
