This is absolutely disgraceful behaviour by police, inside a hospital, arresting a nurse for following her orders.!!! After much screwing about they let her go free.
Straightforward case of hospital POLICY not higher than the LAW of the land. No POLICY of anybody is higher than the LAW. Or so it would appear in first instance but.....
The cops and the hospital had an agreement on the terms of the policy. So the recent win result has led to the cop, who roughly arrested the nurse, being fired. He had previously been fired, from another cop job, for the same thing.!! The Lt., in charge, was demoted.

She has just won her case for false arrest and received $500,000 damages.

They say that OG2 is turning states evidence, in the Leon Valley case, which has been proven to be wrong, as he is still in the Civil case. I have always believed that he was a spy in the midst. I am sure that he will turn up as a prosecution witness. We shall see!

I foresee, in about 25 years time, that more robots will be doing operations and taking delivery of spare parts, by drone. Crosstown traffic is getting so bad! So could this happen?
A heart is removed, hooked up to a drone for takeoff from one hospital roof to another. While in flight, the heart bearing drone flies in parallel with a pizza drone, delivering to the same hospital. The operating drone checks the weight and fits the pizza.!!!

As far as I am concerned people should be put in prison to protect the rest of us, from them, if they are violent and to be punished for committing any other crimes against Society and/or any person. The punishment, in my view, should be the lack of freedom to do as they please and they should be detained, securely, away from known associates with whom they may plot and execute further criminal acts.
A prisoner should be fed, educated and have their health issues taken care of by the State, while they are in prison. Other than emergencies, each prisoner's health needs should be decided on a case by case basis. If their needs would ordinarily be met, were they not in prison, then those needs should be dealt with when they are prisoners. There should be no difference.
Religious beliefs should also be catered for with time and a private area being made available to worship and receive religious education as required.

The Americans did daily bombings and the RAF did the night bombings. The plot was to bomb civilians in the hope that the people would write to their fighting folks and get them to surrender. Just like Londoners, during the Blitz, the Germans said, 'nein!'

The kids watch these videos and are at an age when rebellion is cool. We all did it, didn't we? They also see that some money can be made selling on the footage and/or monetizing their channels.

Many kids just do not have the presence and/or knowledge to defend themselves and things are going to escalate during some interaction and somebody is going to be severely injured or killed.

They wanted an E Mail, my full address, my age group and my phone number. They wished to know which areas that I may donate to in the future. As I'm thinking WTF the penny dropped. They are gonna sell on my details to every charity and lunatic so that they can pester me for money!
Had the money not been taken out of my credit card, I would have tried to find another way to send the money. Oh and the final insult was a charge of $37 for using their system!! Paypal is free and they do the same thing, quicker!! GFM takes ages to pay the receiver whereas Pay pal pays in a couple of days. So how do they make money?
Well, all the money, transferred to them, is made available to be loaned out, on a short-term basis, attracting high interest and a fee. So they make money, using your money, just like the banks do. The longer that they have YOUR money, the more often they can lend it out!!

I was thinking about getting a new car, last year and considered the Vauxhall Insignia 2litre. Although many high-end cars have internet capability, this one was the first in the family car range. Upon reading up on it, I discovered that it will support 5/7 different connections and was also fitted with the American On-Star system, which cuts out the engine if a car is stolen and allows contact with a central control room.
Just the one for me, I thought. Then I discover it is all 5g, which put me off. I have been reading more and more scientific evidence regarding 5g and just did not fancy sitting in a box with 5g waves going in and out of the car all the time.
So, no new car for a while.

I have always said that all voters should be forced, by Law, to cast a vote. Only then would the true feeling of the people be known. There are many possible ways to vote and nobody should have any difficulties doing so. I use a postal vote.
