In the Uk now you get local calls for a fiver a month and phone for 55 minutes for free, hang up and start again. So there is no value in risking getting caught,for nothing. Only long distance calls make it worth the bother and it really is so easy.
Buy a small dictaphone or other recording device. Enter your required number into a phone dialer. Push the required number 1 , 2 or 3 for the one you want, record the sound of the beeps and hang up. Get dial tone and play the sound of the beeps and Bob's yer Granny. So I've been told that is of course..!!!
