The bridge that I would love to live long enough to see, is the one planned and declared to be possible, between Alaska and Vladivostock in Russia. You could then drive from the tip of South America up through Central America, Mexico,America, Canada, then cross over into Russia. Drive across Russia or down through a plethora of countries into Europe, Middle East, Far East or Africa. Britain could be reached, via the Channel Tunnel.

Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan and other Islands, would be left out, completely.
