I cannot see any reason why most cities should not have discreet licensed brothels. The workers would receive medical checkups and patrons would have some degree of security in the knowledge that they would remain healthy and not be attacked and robbed as happens sometimes out on the streets. It would then be an easy matter to have ones pent up sexual frustrations released. This would surely reduce the number of rapes and sexual assaults being carried out by frustrated people and negate the use of street walkers.
The Law in Scotland allows two people to set up in a home and carry out the business of offering sexual services for a fee. This is not classed as a brothel and is not illegal. Three or more people in the one building is a brothel, under the current laws and is illegal. However these outlets are not licensed but are considered to be self employed firms for the purposes of the Inland Revenue.
The two workers are allowed to claim expenses just like in any other business and they pay income tax on earnings, after deducting expenses, on a self employed basis. An employee may be claimed for to provide tea and coffee, take appointments and change beds, do washing etc. Their annual accounts make interesting reading.

When I turned 18 I went to vote to see what it was all about. I never voted in National or Local elections again after that. The only other time that I did vote was in the joining/not joining the Common market vote, in which I voted 'No.'
How anybody can say that they won when they get 20% of the total votes made is beyond me. The total number of voters maybe 100,000 but 75,000 don't bother to vote. So the 'winner' gets 20% of the 25,000 or 5,000 votes. To me, the other 95,000 possible votes were against him/her. Everyone should vote, by law, then a real view of what the country wants could be shown. The next best thing is proportional representation which will be better than it is at present with first past the post, but not as good as a total turnout.
Then there is election fraud. Asian families tend to vote as the head of the family decrees. Another scam is packing the voters roll with fake people at an address and getting a vote for each one. Under 'rent a room' rules,Social Security allow three beds to a room for bed and breakfast. So a three bedroom house can have 12/15 people living there. So 12/15 polling cards is not unusual in some areas. These give 12/15 votes. The names also allow a dodgy landlord to claim money per person for rent and breakfast for each person. The money is actually paid until the authorities are notified that the person has moved, if he/she ever exited in the first place !!! If a home visit is ever made, then the stage is either set with clothing or the story goes that the person 'just left yesterday.'
Of course, each name is also credit worthy and loads of credit cards may be fraudulently applied for using the fictitious names. So one dodgy person can have 12/15 votes, have 12/15 incomes for bed and breakfast and have 12/15 residents who are credit worthy,automatically, as there are no judgements against the fiction name Pays the mortgage and the Lamborghini I suppose!!

In the past a car dealer could phone a cop and get a car's registration checked to see if it is stolen. Now there are companies which they can phone. Checking who owned a cherished number plate was another one. The owner could then be approached to sell he plate to a dealer. Police officers were given a personal entry code which logged their enquiry to them, in order, to cut out a lot of abuse of the system. So they just used someone else's code!

They listen to the beeps of the control system or feel the walk/ don't walk light coming on/off. They may hear the siren but may not be able to orientate which way the vehicle is coming from.

Here is the list of repeats for this week. I am really considering getting rid of my cable and HD box from Sky.
I use a 42 inch tV as computer monitor and the for tellie. With history and nat geo channels I pay £57 a month.
The HD makes little difference on that size of monitor. So that was a waste of £20
Any programs that I watch are on various players a couple of days later so I don't need the cable box either.
I could save £57 a month or £684 a year with a phone call.
BUT then I lose my free calls and internet connection. I could go to BT from Sky and get phone and internet but I cant be annoyed. that is where they get you. sod it! where's the phone ??

As long as the mugs keep on paying stupid interest rates the card companies couldn't care less. They win out of the fraud too, by the way. A card company can take out insurance against bad debt. The insurance cost is an allowable business expense. The insurance company pays up and your rates go up!!! Another scam is to "sell" the debt to collectors for a percentage.
You owe and default on £1,000 They sell that for £250, say. So they now have an income of £250 and a loss of £750. Business losses are allowed to be claimed in the tax year following the loss. So they have a nice build up of defaults to place against future profits.
The collector now tries to get their money. They can recover the whole £1,000 for their outlay of £250. Should they fail then that £250, now a loss, can be claimed in their accounts too. So in essence everybody can use the losses to beat the taxman. They may also 'sell ' the £250 on down the line for £75 say and the whole thing goes round again.
Taking people to Court is a waste of money. I person may just declare bankruptcy and be clear in a year or so. if they just move house the thing collapses. It is the address which is blacklisted. A person can just move and then appl again. It is a very sick joke on the honest punter which just has to be stopped.

This is how it all started. Computers picked out key words in messages from a continually updated data base of words and phrases being used in most languages which described terrorist acts or explosives, etc. The traffic was logged and passed on to a human for further checking.
This system has been upgraded over the years since it's inception and now all messages passed through any medium can be read and analysed. The Skype system is apparently the only system which they could not penetrate. Whether it is still the case is uncertain. The company owning the system wold not give the Government access or any details regarding the algorithm which they use for encrypting and decrypting the calls. Every other mobile and land line based company handed over all details to the spooks in order that they could eavesdrop and record any messages.
Every telephone bill in America and in some other countries is generated by an Israeli owned company. The companies keep records of how long, charge rates and from whom to whom the calls were made. By using 'spider' programs they can scan the data to see who is regularly calling who and when, thus building up profiles and timelines of high and low phone traffic. They only need a few names after that to map out all of the parties.
