As far as I am concerned this thing is up there to improve bio warfare techiques. The last time i was up, animals, birds and fish dropped dead all over the World. I'm absolutely sure, in my own tiny mind, that the plane sprayed chemicals.
They having been using chemical seeding of clouds and to form clouds for years. This is just the next step up.
Poisons already exist which can be altered to affect ethnic groups via their DNA so I quick spray on anti arab, for instance, would make oil stealing even easier!
