Is everybody having a free target practice session in Libya ? I hope big Freddy wins and gives it to the whole lot of them! A no fly zone was pretty fair. But tanks don't fly nor do radar stations, nor do big guns. You don't see them hitting OIL storage tanks or refineries, now do you?
