Interesting case. If the paramedic was working and took pictures on his own phone, while working, was he in breach of employer/employee contract. However if he took them on his own time then he is just another member of the public so he then owns the photos and can do as he wishes with them as I see it.
People just post anything from genitals to fake photos and foul and abusive language is everywhere. Every post should be monitored for content by Law.
