It would be nice if all of these bad guys were picked off. But we've seen it all before. Sammy bin liner was killed so many times that it was unusual NOT to see his obituary!! The other bearded wannabes were also killed, regularly, too. This guy may be dead, he may not. I can assure you, however, that if it is the case, someone will take on his mantle, as they are all crazy.
