I can't see the problem. He would be sitting, at home, on gardening leave, receiving full pay. After all he is innocent until proven guilty, just like most of the police officers that he will be working with. Most of them however have not been caught.....yet !!! So get him back to work, where he can count paperclips, for all I care, but he will be doing something for his wages
