Is this wommin a friend of the editor?? This rubbish story has now been running and running!! She had the bin in the wrong place. She was told to move it, several times. She didn't bother and when she suffers the consequences of her laziness, she complains to newspapers.!!!!
Without rules and some structure to society, no matter how stupid they appear to be to one person, who cannot turn left instead of right to empty rubbish into a bin, there would be chaos. She had umpteen chances so well done the Council.
