How nice. A rogue element of the cIA has joined the Mexican drug cartels. They are being blamed for the killing and dumping of the bodies in the street and hanging them off a bridge. They did this, apparently, as a 'hello' to the cartels. They join the Zetas, who are ex Mexican special forces. There' is money to be made and expertise to be used.
