Supreme Court 'not supreme' despite judgement

BBC News - Supreme Court 'not supreme' despite judgement

I have been posting that the Supreme Court of the Uk is an English Court and holds no writ in Scotland. Therefore it cannot claim to be a Uk Court. The 1707 Act of Union allowed Scotland to retain it's own system of Law out with the rest of the Uk. So no English Court may rule against a Scottish resident in Civil law or in Criminal law, unless the offence was committed out side of Scotland within their jurisdiction.
Many people believe that the uk is England which it most certainly is not.
