About time too!! However, in Scotland, it needs two police officers to actually hear someone singing in order to arrest them. Just moving the lips is not enough. So are football stadiums going to be filled up with police, next season? Once arrested a person must be taken to the nearest police station for loads of form filling and report writing.
Some police officers have been guilty, for many years, of 'lifting' the first minor offender seen and getting back to a nice warm station on a chilly Winter's day, rather than plod round a football ground. This is a great overtime spinner and even better if they have been called out on an off duty day, when they receive double time and allowances for sitting writing forms, slowly!!!
