This decision is correct. The guy's hair is neat and tidy. It is not stiff with chemicals and dyestuffs.Unfortunately it will open the floodgates for spurious Court cases wasting time argueing about whether suspenders should be allowed under or over trousers in primary schools for boys and should nurseries allowed padded bras!!
