Well they can all move into new homes in the Ghost cities, now. That's what I call forward disaster planning and not sticking a finger in a levee hoping that the water will not come through it as the Americans do !!!! These displaced people now have somewhere to go, immediately. As they are all from the same area, they will know each other in their brand new homes. But will it actually happen??
