Many different ways have been tried, in order, to reduce the population of this Planet. Every generation has realised that resources are finite and that there is only a certain area which can be peopled. Having a 'good' War was favourite for centuries but it just did not kill enough and there was always a baby boom after every one as people became happy again.
Viruses came next. AIDS was released in Africa. China and to a lesser extent Russia are the two main countries of influence on the African continent. The Chinese in Angola, Russians in the Congo, for example. So give them AIDS and let them take it home with them to Russia and China. It spread round the gays and crossed over into the heterosexual sphere via bisexuals. The lack of education and of condoms allowed it to spread like wild fire throughout Africa. Obviously, it then went from country to country as people travelled, taking HIV with them and got out of control. It can take 8 to 10 years to develop into full blown AIDS. So as long as you did not have sex, or wore a 'raincoat' while doing so, you were safe!!!!! Condoms are rather scarce in Russia and China. Nice try but no cigar!!!
Flu was the next one. However it was not deemed to be 'killer' enough in the present form. At the start of the 20th century there was a World wide flu epidemic named Spanish Flu which caused the deaths of many thousands of people. Special forces troops were sent out to dig up the graves of probable victims to collect their DNA. They concentrated on the Inuit Indian and Eskimo graves as they were frozen for most of the year and therefore the DNA was though to be better preserved. The bodies were buried in pretty remote places and therefore these activities attracted little outside attention. No permissions were ever asked for or given.
This was all put together in test tubes and was allowed to escape from a lab, very likely in Mexico, which led to the Flu outbreak. People were encouraged to take a flu vaccine, in order, to train them to think that vaccines actually worked!!!! Diseases can be cured but a virus has never been eradicated by a vaccine.!!! People just refused the vaccine jabs. Another failure. hold the cigar!
I, alone, as far as I know, have maintained, that this super secret, new, orbiting craft is spraying poisons down through the atmosphere. I have no proof whatsoever, yet. During the last flight, lasting seven months, fish and animals were, strangely, turning up dead in massive, totally unusual numbers. We have had chemtrails for years and years and I put forward the hypothesis that this plane is testing, from how high, how much and which blend of chemicals will get down to the surface of the Earth to do the job. The Press and Internet reports, from various countries have acted as information pointers as they have picked up these unusual death stories of fish etc. and reported on them. The plane landed and the deaths stopped. The plane has gone up again and stories of fish dying in huge numbers have started to appear yet again!!
How easy it would it be to spray poisons which attack people with yellow or black skin ONLY. DNA attacking chemicals exist right now. All they need is a delivery system and what better one could there be than from above? Normal planes would be seen to be coming on radar and possibly shot down, leading to all out War. This could be dangerous for 'them.' However should the poison come down through the atmosphere, nobody would see it coming nor know from whence it came. How simple it would be to blame Alien space visitors.!! There is a huge rise in sightings at present. This spraying and killing would have a twofold effect. It would get rid of potential enemies at a stroke and act to unite the countries of the World under a One World Government structure, quickly, in order to fight the non existent Alien attacks!!! A mega false flag snow job!!
The Georgia Guides Stones, among other writings, put forward the thoughts of the people, who feel that the Earth is over populated. They suggest the drastic reduction of the number of humans 'allowed' to live on Earth. In actuality, the whole population of the World would fit into the State of Texas and leave room to spare!! Not in huge tower blocks either but in small family units.
So, is the current cucumber E. Coli outbreak a trial run for a contingency plan, should the airborne spraying need some fine tuning? If 'they' don't get all the targeted peoples from above, they still have to eat!! It could be announced that the food was poisoned from above by the very same Aliens !! Will both be run in tandem, perhaps?
The main hassles of this world are caused through poor food distribution. Rather than fix the logistics, the infamous 'they' could find it much easier to just kill off billions of people by chemical means.Is this what they are doing now? It would certainly ensure a lesser number of potential rebels and total control of all resources via an unelected World Government. It would be said that the One World Government strategy was only going to be a temporary measure to fight off the alien attack. It should be remembered that Income Tax was a temporary measure brought in by King George III to raise enough money fight Napoleon!!! That was in the 18th century!!!
A false flag chemical attack, blaming Aliens, could be the next step in trying to reduce the population, be it sprayed from above or just ingested with the Corn Flakes!!!!!
