The 1707 Act of Union states that Scotland may have it's own Legal system outside of and separate from the rest of the Uk.If that Act has not been repealed, while I was asleep, then this ENGLISH Court has no business pontificating on Scottish cases nor has this ENGLISH Court any jurisdiction in Scotland.
It has sicken me for many years that foreigners, mainly, very thick Americans and the English, in general, actually believe that Scotland is part of the North of England. They continually refer to the Queen and King of England when in actuality there is no King nor is QE2 a Queen of the Uk. She may be QE1 of UK but the first QE was only Queen of England as Scotland was an independent country when she sat on the throne of England.
