If the stories are true about 13 small quake/explosions hitting Illuminati rabbit holes a fortnight ago, then it would appear that there is a rabbit warren in that area. Other countries have HAARP technology. China for certain and I would assume Russia has it.
Quakes can be caused by messing with the atmosphere instead of using mini nukes. nukes can now be moved in a back pack or suitcase. Yep they really are that small now but still pretty powerful. The name of the warfare game now is localised killing and not scorched earth and demolition. Property can be reused.
