Troops were photographed sitting on top of pallets of Dollars sitting in offices in Iraq as well as having touch football games, outside, with bundles of money as the ball!! Many broke open and many just disappeared !!
a group had prepared an investigation report into $2.3 billion that had 'disappeared. They had all of their papers and evidence in an office in the Pentagon and were due to disclose everything at a hearing on 12th September 2001. Guess which office the missile hit, the day before???
