The race is on to see which country goes down the drain following Italy. Portugal now appears to be in the lead with Spain and Eire close behind. Eire has just elected a 70 yr old nobody to take all of the blame, so I would say that they might just pip Portugal and Spain.
However, after Greece has a bite and Italy gobbles up the rest of the million Euro bail out fund, more money will have to be found by, mainly, France and Germany, again, to bail out Eire, Spain and Portugal, too. Otherwise the Euro and then the whole E.U. house of cards will just fold.
