Unfortunately, Doctors will always have more ill people to make money from, via their surgery head bounty. People are scared stiff to utter a word, in case, they get put of a Doctor's list and are branded as troublemakers.
Doctors are no longer practicing medicine, but merely sending folk to specialists, as appointment arrangers. Then they can't be blamed for anything. They employ out of hours and weekend agencies, which are, of course, tax deductible. Many of these agency Doctors cannot speak English and qualified in Tetsi Fly backwater, mud hut universities. There battle cry is to get people admitted to hospital as they have no knowledge of patients nor have they access to files. The patient can wait for hours and hours and could phone an ambulance, by themselves. This, of course, is not allowed. as it requires a Doctor to ask for one. The trick is, just to move the patient outside the house and then call an ambulance. In that case, you don't need a Doctor.
