Who is this woman??

This girl cost me about £150 over Xmas 2009!!  I had been watching the "google is looking for workers" ads appearing in the Summer and thought oh dear another hoax.  Then ads started to appear with "her" stating that she lives in my home town. Who is she???
I read the blurb and they asked for £2 not a lot, to get details.  Silly me I signed up and paid my £2.
Then, of course, sums of money began disappearing from my Bank.!!!!  I went back and really looked at the blurb. It is all written out with a space to inject your location into it.
I searched and found out that the fraudsters were based in USA.  I forwarded all details to the F.B.I., and never got a reply!!!!  TWICE!!! I phoned my bank and they said "ask for your money back!"  Some help!  More money was taken out by another fraudster and I phoned my bank again and got the same shit!!!
I thought I'm  gonna get bled dry here.  So I phoned my bank again and stated that I lost my card,could they issue a new one?  Yes no problem they said.  That ended the bleeding of my account.
Moral of the story.............Banks couldn't give a damn about account holders so just lie to them as well, always!!!!!
This ad is still running on the Internet today.  Nothing has been done in over TWO YEARS.  I certainly was not the only one to complain. So why have they not been closed down and arrested????
so I ask again,  WHO IS THIS WOMAN???
