Russell Crowe tours Duncarron Fort in Scotland

BBC News - Russell Crowe tours Duncarron Fort in Scotland

Is this a foretaste of another Not made in Scotland film about Scottish History??? Mel Gibson toured round William Wallace country visiting Elderslie, his birth place, Paisley Abbey and the area round about where I live in Johnstone Renfrewshire.
They all trooped round with the head of the Wallace Clan and dropped into the Thorn Inn in Johnstone, which is a grade 2 listed building, originally a coaching house and toll gate keeper on the roads. They had a few drinks, buying everybody in the pub a drink. I think there were six folk in the pub that day!!!
So on went the carnival of a Scottish Movie, Braveheart, and "villages" where fabricated in Stirling. Then the Film Board of Ireland moved in and offered bigger Grants and tax incentives. So the film was then made in Ireland.!!!!

What a joke!!!
