This 3 second claim looks to me like another Weapons of Mass Destruction in 45 minutes rubbish!!! think about it for three seconds..........you push the panic button and the signal goes down the wires all over the plant to engage mechanical blocks to close or open as required and all in THREE seconds!!! RUBBISH!!!!!
