What happens if a criminal moves house from Coventry to Sheffield, for example? Is the person who moves into the old address. automatically, branded as the criminal? It can't be updated unless every crim has a GPS positioning chip inserted in their bodies!!!!!!
Any lunatic could go to the address and blow it up, killing the perfectly innocent folk inside !! Stupid system!!
