I cannot understand why lawyers let their clients spend money on Gagging Orders in England unless they are just generating fees for themselves!!. The English Civil Law covers England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and islands within English territorial waters such as Lindisfarne!!!
They are useless in Scotland, Isle of Mann, Eire, everywhere else in the whole World and of course, in cyberspace.
Are lawyers so broke that they need to waste people's money on these Orders??? Do they not advise they client on the limitations of the Order, in that they are useless outside the jurisdiction of the issuing Courts???.
