I receive Disability Benefit as I have difficulty walking any great distance. I was disgusted when the scheme was opened out to allow boozers and junkies to qualify for it. That only gives them more money for their habits.!! In addition, they can apply for a new car every three years, by paying £50 per week from their benefit. So who wants a junkie or a boozer behind the wheel????
