If the euro goes then America will be very pleased indeed. until countries get the printers going and perhaps more importantly agree a rate of exchange then the Dollar will be the currency of choice. A country paying in Euros, normally, will have to use their reserves of other foreign currencies, to buy Dollars, in order to pay bills, in the short term. This will help America.
