Iraq is now going to descend into a Civil War along religious lines with Sunni against Shi'ite. The various leaders and/or warlords are merely carving out their territory and getting rid of any opposition. Then, like Afghanistan and any big city, never mind a country, there will be no go areas, where a small number of people rule by fear.
