I don't see them getting Jerusalem as their capital but there is nothing to stop some countries leaving the Arab League and forming a Muslim Association. Why not have Medina as the political capital and Mecca as the religious one.? If you look at a map, you will realise that North Africa, from Morocco and Algeria at the west side, all of the countries, right along the southern shores of the Mediterranean to Egypt are now Muslim ones. Onward into the Middle East are Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran,Pakistan and Afghanistan....all Muslim. Northward, Turkey and the 'Stans in the Balkans are Muslim, too.
Europe is basically a Protestant group of countries with the Catholic, Vatican City. So why not a group of Muslim ones with Israel as the Jewish one within it?
