They seem to be making out in this piece that the camps are on stand by in case of either a huge national disaster,like the fault lines going or another Katrina thing. They were so bad there that they wanted to get their act together. They are also worried about a first strike in a war when America could be hit first. So they have to stand ready to be open in 72 hours for all of the above. It is all very plausible.It even fits with the plastic body coffins! BUT...........
How do they know that they must be ready for Spring?
Why order and take delivery of jail trains complete with shackles? to SAVE people??
Why bring in laws to arrest anybody and whisk them to a jail without a trial, indefinitely? to save people?
Why change Marshall Law.to be okayed at the stroke of a pen? In a legitimate emergency a vote yes would be no problem.
It's very good spin but the wash cycle is crap!!!
