Well as I predicted 'the big man' has been charged with assault for throwing the youth off the train. (see video further down)
He had no right to interfere, as the staff member was neither assaulted nor under any threat. It has come out that he is a merchant banker and so his moment of fame has probably cost him his job and his future career. The video shows him, very clearly, heaving the youth out of his seat, frog marching him down the passage and throwing him off the train to land on his face on the platform. That is common assault.
