Well the media in America can't keep ignoring it now, can they? It is fairly obvious that they were all under orders to ignore the demos or they may have difficulties at their banks and/or advertising would have a downturn. The media was bad enough when it was a propaganda outlet for Governments, but now the merchant bankers are calling the shots as well and saying what goes in and what does not. Newspapers are now a joke!!! An example.............
There are two wire services, which they all take their news from, Reuters and associated Press. When the Bagram base was hit by suicide bombers who arrived wearing burkas on the back of motorbikes the injured figures varied in the range 60 to 70. No Afghans were killed or 5 were or 7 or 11 depending on where you got your news. all of this could only come from either newswire, who would get it from the base, who, surely would know the correct numbers!!
The classic, however, was the troops involved. Outside America the troops were said to be Americans. However,the Washington post and Fox said that they were NATO troops. This is all nonsense!!!!
