UK braced for storms as Hurricane Joaquin makes dramatic turn away from US | Daily Mail Online
Over the past few years, hurricanes heading for the East coast of America have suddenly appeared to hit a solid wall and are diverted away. I have always thought that HAARP was involved as some sort of protective shield.
Is this one being turned 180 degrees to see if it will lose strength and die down as opposed to normally being sent in a Northerly direction.?
