Everybody delivers these days, even drug dealers. n the past, many were caught, quite easily,by the number of visitors which they had in one day. Cops just sat in a car, counting and photographing people entering premises.

The punter really couldn't care less as his/her bit just got them a warning or a small fine. The dealer,on the other hand, has to have stock available for sale. Some got round it by keeping stock in a neighbours, but the game was up for the static dealer.

These days the lady of the house drops of the kids, then does some deliveries, some shopping and back by lunchtime.!! To stop the car is a waste of time as she can deny that it is hers and blame hubby who in turn blames Fred, Sid or whoever, who may have left it in the car after getting a run home..

Pizza or Chinese/India/Thai food deliveries are a good cover. The cars, vans or scooters are treated as regulars in the area and the drive walks in with a bag and out with the cash.  Kids,on bikes, can be used at weekends. Paperboys/girls can deliver with the morning or Sunday paper.  Tupperware anyone?
