Russia To USA: Tell The World… Or We Will | Paranormal
We have heard this from Russia in the past and nothing happened. Why does Russia want America to have the glory of a declaration and not themselves??? I find this strange in their continual oneupmanship game. Why not the United Nations?
No intelligent person believes that we,on Earth, are the only species living in the Universe so any declaration would actually mean very little. So why is it such a big deal?
