Hackers Find A Way To Disable Car Airbags System - The Hacker News
There have been a number of spouse murders using or more properly,not using airbags. Some older cars only have driver side bags. More modern cars have a manual cancel switch which solo drivers use to save money by the passenger one needing to be replaced.
Some people have switched off the passenger air bag and then deliberately crashed the car. This results in the passenger going through the windshield!!
