America has gone crazy!!! Anyone who is deemed to me a member of a terrorist group, as decided by the Government, one assumes, can be arrested and detained, indefinitely, without recourse to a trial or even a court appearance. This is the new Law.
I ask, so what's new? Look at the rendition flights, when non American nationals, not even inside America, could be bundled into a van, taken to an airport and flown , on a jet, to a country, which liked doing a bit of torture on a sub contract basis. The USA don't do torture,they employ others to do it for them, having, of course, taught them the theory at the School of the Americas, just so they do it right, of course !!!!Then they were shipped to Cuba.
All this new Law does is to make it all legal, bring American nationals into it all and saves going to Cuba. What's new???
