The Revenue are definitely kidding themselves on here. There are so many tax havens with zero rate tax round the World that the deals to open Swiss accounts and so on will merely mean moving the money elsewhere
Here are just some of the tax havens that I know about........
Caymen islands Turks & Caicos islands.Aruba British & American Virgin islands,Bahamas, any other Caribbean island
Vanuatu in the South Pacific, big favourite of Russian mafia!! Vatican city, Republic of San Marco, Republic of San Marino, Luxembourg, Lichtenstein, Andorra, Malta ,Goa where Billy Connelly lives. All of the 'Stans bit risky these! Vietnam, Laos Hong Kong, a load of South Pacific islands.
The list goes on and on....
