All you need is a scanner! This is what you do............
1 Put license in scanner and display it. Store as li 1
2. Put Li 1 on screen. Put delete box round name and delete same with address.
3. Save as Li 2
4. Display Li 2 Delete picture Type in what ever you need and save as Li 5
5 Display Li 5 Put picture in and save as Li 6
6. Print Li 6. Crumple it a bit and put it in dirty perspex holder.
You don't need expensive Photoshop or super stuff. All you need is a scanner, which can be obtained as an app., for free, for an I phone.
Any document from gun, car, motorbike licenses, North Sea safety certificates, Medical Certificates, basically anything that is printed, can be scanned in, have bits altered and new ones printed, even money !!!
