Well we have cyber warfare so why not? By the way that story about the Navy not being on standby is rubbish!! It was put out by an English newspaper the Daily Mail. I checked with www.shipais.com and there were type 42 destroyers sitting in the River Clyde and in the Firth of Clyde, in Scotland most of that day. Admittedly they were on manouvres but it would only take a minute to change there status.
Unfortunately the DM considers England to be Britain and cover the whole of the UK. Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland are merely places that they captured in battles and are territories!
