Military given go-ahead to detain US terrorist suspects without trial | Before It's News
America will become a Banana Republic when this Bill passes into Law.! The military will then be allowed to operate on main land America which has always been disallowed under the terms of Posse Comitatus Laws, unless Martial law has been declared at which time all Law is basically suspended. So the troops, returning from Iraq, will have Xmas and New Year for R&R and then become the police of America. It is that simple.
Any America, or other nationality, may then be arrested, by them,without need of the Police by the way, then carted off to the FEMA Camps, which have to be on 72 hour standby, to open, as of March/April 2012
Should the people demonstrate about this, when it sinks in, they may be declared Terrorists and taken off the streets, there and then, while demonstrating and held,without trail, indefinitely!!! Quite amazing!!!
Some of these camps will hold up to a million people and trains have been delivered, complete with shackles, to transport these demonstrators to whichever camp the authorities wish. The will be held there, without trial. This means that Habius Corpus is suspended!!!
If things get really bad, then the President, at the stroke of a pen, may declare Marshall Law, with curfews and patrols, in the streets, armed troops and passes required to move about. The President needs no voting on it, as it is a done deal. Now this is a Banana Republic is it not???
