The thing about Incapacity and Disability Benefits is that you need not keep reporting to the Joke, sorry job centre, every week. A person does not get hassled to go on stupid work placements for an extra £10. These are a racket, manipulated by employers to get extra labour in, to do menial jobs for 12 weeks and then get rid of them. The Employer even receives a payment for taking them on, in the first place!! They are just non jobs, to reduce the unemployment figures, as those on placement don't count as unemployed.
It has been known for many years, that when a new job requirement comes into the Joke Centre, the staff have plenty of friends/relatives, they can phone, to fix them up!! The job card is held back from public display, until it is picked up by the friend, who then gets the interview and the job. Cards go up on boards that are filled, in order, to make the joke centre look as if they have loads of jobs. When joe mug enquires, they find that the job has been filled. So the more street wise develop a bad back and work casual, where they can get it, for cash in hand. Wallpapering and painting are good as the person is indoors, out the way of prying eyes. A bounty is offered to report a person and many people make money from this game.
Any sensible employer would never go near the joke club for applicants to come for interviews and waste all the time involved, but merely ask their staff, if they know anyone.
