The next hurricane, Phlippe has done a 180 degree turn and is now heading for the Uk and Eire. The tail end of Ophelia, hitting us, in Scotland today,tomorrow and Friday, will be a foretaste of the next one, Philippe, which I think, will hit us on Saturday, in the West of Scotland.
I was unsure last year, about the use of HAARP t deflect these hurricanes away from America, which is a good use of the technology, from their point of view. Nothing hit last year, nor this year and I an sure, now, that HAARP is being used.
