This all comes back to Muslim Sharia Law which is still in the 12th century. Stoning women who have an adultery and punishment similar to offences have been outlawed in most countries, as barbaric. Cutting off the hands of thieves is another favourite. Perhaps we should have that one for people who attack the elderly and disabled.?? No I don't suppose we could really do that one.
