The spooks must be seriously jealous of Facebook or do they have a direct feed into it perhaps??? Did they put up the money via one or more of their front companies.??? Perhaps the spooks had their own Hegelian Dialectic moment.
They had a wish.........they wanted to track and get details of everyone on the planet
They had a problem................If they asked for it or tried to get it all.........they would be told to get stuffed. Date protection right to privacy and all sorts of ACLU Court cases. not too good.
Solution................. find a geek patsy and set him up to be very rich, paid for by selling data to businesses and giving it away to the spooks as a big thank you. The data would be supplied by mugs giving over everything that the spooks wanted in the first place and that folk refused to give them!!!!!.
Result.............Sorted.!!!
