David Cameron will NOT support UK referendum on EU membership

David Cameron will NOT support UK referendum on EU membership | Mail Online

Fair enough, that is his choice. In a referendum he only has one vote. I am sure that others will vote the same way. However, I do hope that enough folk get out and vote for the Uk to get out of that money drain all together!! I also hope that there is no fiddling with percentages needed as there was last time. Make it a straight forward first passed the post job.
Personally, I think that everyone should have to vote, by Law. then we would see how the electorate really feels about issues and political parties.  The don't bothers always outnumber both the yays and the nays together and you get silly results. Folk can get a seat in Parliament by winning 25% of the total number of possible voters! They win by getting more for votes for them than for anybody else.
The rich countries, who have worked and plundered over centuries, are now being drained dry,by poorer countries in the E.U., who have done sod all, in their past, to put a bit of money in their banks. It;s a gravy train, which is why they are all so desperate to join up. We have all to be brought down to and equal footing and then rise together, as one whole unit, sharing the income among all. Great in theory, but it is a socialist utopian dream in practice..
