To who guards the guards.?? If the anti corruption police are bent as a three dollar bill then who investigates them? Oh the Police, of course. Why not set up an independent task force of retired spooks, police officers, military police and civil service investigators, making them responsible to the Home Secretary with carte blanche to go anywhere and see anything.?? Just because they are retired does not mean they've lost their marbles.
