Russia also says that the killing was against the Geneva Convention, as he was captured and unarmed, when killed and therefore a prisoner in custody. A good point. But did the ex Afghan rebels, who now control Libya, even know where Geneva is never mind anything about a Convention on how to play War.???
It should be remembered that they did oust the Russians from Afghanistan, of course.
